Facilitator
Sara Harrup is an executive coach, board director, and former CEO who has spent more than two decades leading diverse teams across different sectors. She is an Autistic ADHDer and brings a lived understanding of both the challenges and the strengths that come with different neurotypes.
Sara has built neuroinclusive workplaces as a leader, and now works with executives, directors, and entrepreneurs to help them unlock the full potential of their teams. She has designed and delivered leadership training for over 25 years and is a trained facilitator and executive coach, working extensively with neurodivergent professionals and the organisations that employ them.

She is known for being inclusive, curious, and direct - challenging leaders to think differently while equipping them with practical tools they can use immediately.
